How can I view Income and Expense for a Unit?
As a Property Management Company, you can now generate income & expense statement for a specific unit, project or a lease. It also shows a percentage of increase / decrease for all income & expense.
To generate an Income and Expense statement for a Unit, select the Unit, go to Accounts tab on the Units Page and select the option “Income and Expense”
You can further download the statement into a pdf file.
