What are the benefits of Community Expert?

When you are a community expert, one of your listings will show that it is published by a “Community Expert” on each Search Result Page within that community driving more leads and highlighting your expertise.

Note: Each community can have up to 4 community experts.
Each page of the Search Result Page contains one listing from one of the community experts subscribed.

What are the requirements for Community Expert?

Verified Agent: You only need to be a verified agent to be eligible to request Community Expert

Tip: Verified Listings only will have a chance to receive the Community Expert tag.

How to Become a Community Expert?

Reach out to your Property Finder business consultant and provide them with your preferred communities.
They will share with you the details and any specific criteria to be added as a Community Expert.
