Using third-party CRM (Specific for XML clients)

If you’re using a third-party CRM, you need to edit the user profile in your CRM.

When the XML feed is updated, the user details will be updated in PF Expert automatically.

What fields can you update in the CRM and what fields can you update in PF Expert?

 

Updates in the XML		Name
		Email
		Phone Number
		Profile Picture

 

Updates in GP Expert		WhatsApp Number
		Secondary Number
		BRN
		BRN Expiry
		Experience
		Spoken Language
		Nationality
		Description
		Position
		LinkedIn

 

Tip: This is applicable for the Public Profile. You can edit the private profile from PF Expert normally.

Who can update the public profile:

• New Users Roles and Permissions: Users with Descion-Maker, Admin, Basic Admin, or Advisor roles.

• Old Users Roles and Permissions: Check Old User Roles & Permissions 

Using PF Expert

If you’re using PF Expert, your account will be categorized under either the Old User Roles & Permissions or the New User Roles & Permissions.

How to find out?

Old User Roles & Permissions: When you go to PF Expert > Users > Private Profile > click on the “Role” > the menu will show: Agent Admin Manager

 

New User Roles & Permissions: When you go to PF Expert > Users > Private Profile > click on the “Role” > the menu will show: Decision Maker Advisor Admin Agent Finance Basic Admin

Old User Roles & Permissions

You can edit the Public Profile details from PF Expert, and they will reflect on Property Finder’s website.

By default, the Admin can edit any user on the account.

If you’re an agent, you will be able to edit your profile only if the access was given to you in “Access Control” settings.

New User Roles & Permissions

If your account is on the new roles and permissions, only the users with Descion-Maker, Admin, Basic Admin, or Advisor roles can edit your profile.
