What is the client referral program?

The referral Program is designed to reward our loyal clients who help us bring in new clients to Property Finder.

To be part of our referral program, clients can refer other businesses to Property Finder and ensure that the referred business mentions their names during the purchasing process.

Note: To benefit from the referral program, you need to submit the referral request to your Business Consultant.

How it works?

	Refer a potential client to sign up with Property Finder
	The new client must stay with Property Finder for at least three months
	You will get the new client’s spent credit as a bonus credit for one month

By referring a new business to Property Finder, our existing client can earn bonus credits based on the referee’s monthly credit spending.

The referrer will receive the referee’s one-month credit spent as a bonus credit to promote their business on our platform for 1 month.

Additionally, If the monthly credit spend of the new client exceeds 200% of the existing client’s monthly credit spend, bonus credits will be given based on 200% of the existing client’s monthly credit spend for 1 month.

Scenario 1: 438 credits are given to the referrer for 1 month

Scenario 2: 102 (51*200%) credits are given to the referrer for 1 month

Eligibility Criteria for the Referral Program

• The new client (referee) must remain an active Client for at least 3 months after
  signing up with Property Finder (Payment must be up to date).
• The referral program credits will be given for 1 month only.
• The referral credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the referrer.
• The referral credits cannot be converted into cash.
