The goal of the dashboard is to provide more clarity on how you are performing in terms of Leads and LPL and what the key levers you can use to improve your overall performance.
The Dashboard includes your performance on the key drivers to increase more leads:
- Quality Score
- Depth
- % of SuperAgent
- % of Verified Listings
- A comparison with a benchmark.
The benchmark is defined by the Top 5 companies in your segment in terms of lead quantity.
You can view your Company Insights by going to GP Expert > GP Insights > Listings Performance.
What is covered?
Credits and Online Listings
Listings Performance starts with a glance at your Credits and Online Listings.

Credits
The Credits section shows how many credits you have utilized so far and how many days are left until they renew.
It also includes a breakdown of your spending based on your listings’ depth (Standard, Featured, and Premium).
Online Listings
The Online listings show you how many listings are online, and a breakdown of how many of them are for rent and how many are for sale.
Statistics
You can start by filtering your view by Listing Type, and Time Period.

The Statistics section then provides insights on:
Key Metrics
In Key Metrics you will be able to identify:
- Average Quality Score
- Average % of your listings that are Verified.
- Average % of your listings that are assigned to SuperAgents.
- Average % of your listings that are upgraded (Depth).
Compare with Benchmark enables you to compare your performance with the Top 5 companies in your segment in terms of lead quantity.

Trends
Trends provide a graphical representation with data points on:
Online Listings: Total Number of Listings Online on Property Finder.
Leads: Total Number of users clicking to contact your agents via Call, Email, or WhatsApp.
Leads per Listing: Total leads out of average online listings in the selected time period.
As well as a comparison to the benchmark.
Leads Per Listing
The graph compares your upgraded and standard listings by leads per listing score.
You can utilize this graph to determine the benefit of upgrading a listing in a certain location as opposed to publishing it as standard.

Communities Insights
Showing communities’ performance in descending order based on the community with the highest number of live listings.
