Your LPL for Your Listings in This Community
Top Notch

“Top Notch” means that you are in the 90th percentile or above for the given metrics.
Above Average

“Above Average” means that you are in the 60th to 90th percentile for the given metrics.
Average “Average” means that you are in the 40th to 60th percentile for the given metrics.

The percentage increases or decreases in the analytics dashboard represent the change in market performance metrics compared to the previous period of the same length. For instance, if you have selected the last 30 days, these percentages show how the market has changed compared to the 30 days before that period. This helps you identify trends in your performance over time in the context of the market.

The dashboard automatically determines the comparison periods based on the date range you select. For example:

If you select the last 30 days, the dashboard compares the current 30-day period with the previous 30 days.
If you select the last week, the dashboard compares the current week with the week before that.
This allows you to see how market performance metrics have changed over equivalent timeframes.

Understanding the comparison percentages is important because it helps you identify trends and make informed decisions. If you see an increase in key metrics, it indicates positive performance and growth. Conversely, a decrease might signal areas that need improvement. By analyzing these trends, you can adjust your strategies to enhance your performance in the market.
