The Multi Branch feature provides a high level of flexibility, allowing you to allocate and transfer credits to different teams or branches as needed during each credit cycle. This means you can distribute or transfer credits based on the specific needs or priorities in your organization.

Additionally, you can customize credits for future cycles, enabling you to plan ahead and allocate resources strategically. This ensures resources are utilized efficiently and effectively across different parts of your organization.

How it works

  • The multi-branch feature will allow you to have multiple branches with a single contract.
  • Your main branch (with the active contract) will have all PF Flex Credits, and then the credit admin user will be able to assign credits for each team / branch on a monthly basis.
  • The credit cycle for the branch accounts will follow the main branch credit cycle.

How To Activate Multi-Branch

To start the process, your business consultant can create the child account and ask our support team to link the parent account (main) with the child account (branch).

What Are The Requirements

  • Advise your business consultant about the default credits.
  • Advise your business consultant with the credit admin user.
  • The credit admin user must be a decision-maker, advisor, or admin.

How To Transfer Credits

You can distribute the credits from the main account to the branches/teams for the current cycle, or next cycle, or transfer the credits from one branch/team to another.

Transfer credits for the current cycle

Go to PF Expert > Credit Management > Team Credits
Under the “Credits for Current Cycle” column > click on the transfer icon
Select the source account and the target account > enter the amount of the credits> click on Transfer Credits

Transfer credits for the next cycle

Go to PF Expert > Credit Management > Team Credits
Under the “Credits for Next Cycle” column > add the number of credits in the “Enter Target” field”
Click on Save

Transfer credits to another team

Go to PF Expert > Credit Management > Team Credits 
Under the “Credits for Current Cycle” column > click on the transfer icon
Select the source account (To transfer credits from) and the target account (To transfer credit to) > enter the amount of the credits> click on Transfer Credits
