Summary

One of the factors that contribute to the Listing Quality Score is Price Realism, our system uses AI to evaluate the listing price based on many factors.

Suppose a listing’s price is not within the same price range as other listings with similar specifications in the same community (higher or lower prices than average). In that case, the listing quality score will be marked down in Quality Score and the factor will be Price Realism.

Requirements

• The listing’s price matches the price in Form A/NOC.

Issues

• The listing’s price matches Form A/NOC, however, the listing is marked down as the price is not realistic.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Make sure that the price matches Form A/NOC.
2. Make sure that the listing details (property type, size, location) are correct and match Form A/NOC.
3. Make sure that you’re adding the price and not the downpayment in the listing’s price field.
4. If the listing’s details and the price are correct, please contact the support team.

Tip: You can check the average price of a listing when you open the listing on Property Finder, and scroll down to the “Prices & Trends” section.
