What is Access Control?

Access control allows admins to restrict the visibility and access of Agent and Manager roles over specific fields or data.

You can update your PF Expert access control at PF Expert > Settings > Access Control.

How to Set up Your User Roles from Access Control?

Example:

You wish for your agents to be able to Add/Edit their own listings to PF Expert, but only Admins can Approve and Publish the listings.

  1. Open PF Expert > Settings > Access Control
  2. Enable the Option under “Agent” for “Edit” in the row of “User’s Properties”
  3. Disable the Option under “Agent” for “Approve” in the row of “User’s Properties”
  4. Save the page by clicking on the green check mark

Tip: When you hover over any section (tick box) it will give you a brief description of what this option is for.

Note: You can apply the restriction to the role, and will apply to everyone, not a specific user
