PropSpace provides four levels of user roles to mirror the general corporate hierarchy. The roles and their default access rights areas below:

1. Super Manager (Super Admin)

  • Full control on all the features within PropSpace.
  • Can add user accounts at all access levels.
  • Can update user accounts for other Manager users.
  • Has an access to all the screens of PropSpace.
  • Can view all the entries entered by company’s users.

2. Manager

  • Full control on all the features within PropSpace.
  • Can add user accounts at all access levels.
  • Can not update user accounts for other Manager users.
  • Has an access to all the screens of PropSpace.
  • Can view all the entries entered by company’s users.

3. Admin

  • Can add and update user accounts for Agents.
  • Has access to all the the screens except the Profile, Automation and Drip Marketing and HR Management and further depends on the access provided by the Manager.
  • Can view all the entries entered by the company’s users.

4. Agent

  • Can only see own listing information, unless Listing Sharing is enabled.
  • Can only update own user account and password.
  • Has access to only the screens provided by Manager/Admin users
