Impressions: An impression is counted each time your listing is shown on the search result page or other pages on the site.

Listing Clicks: A listing click is counted each time a user clicks on your listing from the search result page or other pages on the site.

Leads: A lead is counted each time a user clicks on the phone, SMS or email button on your listing.

Conversion Rate: The percentage of people who view your listing and turns into a lead: leads ÷ clicks = CVR.
