What happens to a flagged listing?

Agents will be notified by email of any listings that have been identified as using incorrect Trakheesi permits so that these can be amended.

Listings flagged as containing a permit already used for another listing that is live on our site and published by the same brokerage (in the same category) where the property is not-off plan and is not located within DIFC will be prevented from being published

Listings flagged for containing inaccurate information compared to the details within the permit (price, location, size, category) will remain live on our site until Phase 2 of the implementation.

Should any of the information within the alerts not match with the information you can see within your Trakheesi system or Digital Form A, no further action is required as these listings will remain live on our site during Phase 1 of the implementation.

These emails will be sent once per day.
