Benefits of being a SuperAgent

Being a SuperAgent means that you take pride in what you do, and

  • Your Listings get a ranking boost and appear higher on the search result page
  • Your listings earn a SuperAgent badge
  • Your profile page shows that you are a SuperAgent
  • Agents with a SuperAgent badge get a higher position on the “Find Agent” page
  • Property seekers can sort the search result with SuperAgent to give you more visibility

How SuperAgent Works

The process is 100% automated and requires no human interaction.

Every day our Agent Data Assistant (ADA) analyzes each individual agent’s unique data of the last 60-day cycle.

ADA processes the information and rewards the best real estate agents with a SuperAgent status and tag on the first of each month.

The SuperAgent tag stays with the awarded agents until the end of the month or for as long as the agent’s performance meets the requirements across all factors.

The New Eligibility Criteria (effective March 31, 2024) mandates an agent to have at least 1 transaction submitted to Property Finder in the last 90 days to maintain or be eligible for SuperAgent status for the next 90 days.

If you do not have any transaction submitted for 90 days, you will lose your SuperAgent status on the monthly SuperAgent evaluation cycle

You gain your SuperAgent eligibility for the next 90 days from the day after you have submitted a transaction (and the transaction is approved by our verification team). Every time you submit a transaction, you gain this particular SuperAgent eligibility for the next 90 days from the date of submission and approval of the transaction.

To submit a transaction, you need to upload the documents required to verify the authenticity of claim by our CX team. This typically includes a ‘Proof of Transaction’ (such as MOU, Form F, Ejari, Tenancy Agreement) and ‘Proof of Ownership’ (such as Title Deed, Oqood, SPA, Utility Bill). Once your claim is approved, it will reflect on your SuperAgent dashboard.

There are 3 ways you can submit a transaction for review and approval by our CX team:

  1. PF Expert > SuperAgent Dashboard > Transaction Widget > Claim Transaction
  2. PF Expert > Properties > Drop-down menu of chosen listing > claim Transaction
  3. PF Expert > Properties > Unpublish chosen listing > Claim Transaction alternative.

Learn more about Claiming a Transaction.

You need at least 1 transaction to be submitted to maintain or continue being eligible for SuperAgent.

Submitting more than 1 transaction will improve your Agent Score, which means that you will appear higher on the search results page and get more leads.

We want to ensure that SuperAgents are able to close transactions regularly, ensuring that they are the best agents to work with.

Soon we will be surfacing your transaction history on your agent profile, allowing you to really shine within your community.

If you do not have a transaction submitted within the last 90 days, you will not be eligible for SuperAgent status in the next month. Losing your SuperAgent status will result in 20% less leads for you.

Your SuperAgent dashboard in PF Expert reminds you to submit a transaction within a 90 days period.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a grace period at this time

However, As an exception for the first month after launch to reinstate SuperAgent status throughout May if a transaction is claimed.

If no transaction is submitted for at least 90 days – then your SuperAgent status will be lost.

Your cut-off date to submit a transaction is calculated from the last day you successfully submitted a transaction [i.e reviewed and approved by our CX team].

Agents who have listings primarily in short-term rental and primary markets are excluded from transactions required for SuperAgent eligibility.
