What is the use of Archieve Unit?

As a Property Management company when we manage multiple units by the Landlord, there may be certain cases where the Landlord inform that it is now not required to manage the unit as the Landlord thinks to sell the unit.

Now in this case, if the Property Management company no longer manages the unit, instead of deleting the unit, you can directly “Archive” it. So by Archiving the unit, in future if the Landlord requests for any transactions related to the unit, you can easily provide from the archived units. As the data would still be remained.
