What should I do if I forgot my password?

Login credentials to your PropSpace account should be treated confidentially to protect from misuse or loss of information. Please don’t share your credentials with others.

There are 2 ways to reset your password if you cannot log into your PropSpace account, however, managers can only use the first option.

1. Request to reset your password on the login screen. Follow the on-screen instructions and one of our support team members will send you a new password.

2. Request a team member (with the necessary permissions) to reset your password. As an agent, you can request an admin or manager for the password reset, while an admin can only request a manager for the same.

The team member can navigate to the Admin > Users screen from the top menu bar, and select the relevant user. Click on the Edit User button and enter a temporary password for the user.

The user should then be able to log in to PropSpace using the new password, but it is highly recommended that the user update his/her credentials to a stronger confidential one.
